At Bro Blankets, we want you to feel good about your purchase. If for any reason you’re not totally stoked about your blanket, we’re here to make it right with an easy, no-hassle return or exchange process.

Return Policy

  • 30-Day Guarantee: If you’re not 100% satisfied with your Bro Blanket, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return it for a full refund or exchange.
  • Condition: To qualify for a return, the blanket must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with any tags still attached.
  • Return Shipping: For returns, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our end (like a wrong or defective item).
  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. You’ll get a confirmation email when the refund has been issued.

How to Start a Return

  1. Reach Out: Contact us at returns@broblankets.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with next steps.
  2. Ship It Back: Follow the instructions in our email to return your blanket. Be sure to use a trackable shipping method—we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit.
  3. Receive Your Refund: Once we receive the item, you’ll get a refund notification. Expect to see the funds back in your account in 3-5 business days, depending on your bank.

Exchange Policy

  • Swap for a New Style or Color: Want a different color or style? No problem! Just start an exchange within 30 days of receiving your blanket.
  • Easy Process: Contact us at exchanges@broblankets.com with your order number and details of your preferred exchange item.
  • One-Time Free Exchange: For U.S. customers, we’ll cover the shipping costs for your first exchange.
  • Quick Processing: Once we receive and approve your return, your new blanket will be shipped out within 1-2 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Our Bad? We’ll Fix It Fast: If your blanket arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@broblankets.com with photos of the issue. We’ll send out a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Gift Returns

  • Received a Bro Blanket as a Gift? No worries! Contact us at support@broblankets.com with the order number or the name of the person who gifted it to you, and we’ll help with a return or exchange.
